Try to eat more fruit, vegetables, and whole grains, while at the same time staying away from fried and greasy foods. And the last two steps in preventing wrinkles are sleep and exercise. It is a known fact that lack of sleep can lead to stress and stress can surely have a negative effect on the skin.
