And if you are not a big fan of exercising, try walking more each day. Walk while on the telephone, walk in place during television commercials, and take your dog out for extra bathroom trips. There are countless ways that you can add more physical activity into your daily lifestyle without actually exercising. And the last step towards weight loss is purchasing products that are lighter in calories. Almost every single food out there is now available low fat, fat free, reduced fat, and lean. Simply make the switch. The food tastes the same, yet it’s better for you.
